Although deckhand Chase Lemacks and Chef Ileisha Dell avoided being the third love triangle on Parsifal III, after sailing in Sardinia, Italy, they may have acted upon their chemistry and flirtations finally. Chase chased after Chef Ileisha throughout much of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4, hanging out with her after nights out, and helping her as much as he could in the galley. After the show filmed, Chase even flew to Australia to work on a boat with Chef Ileisha in Australia! Talk about dedication.
Chase stayed at Ileisha’s place in Sydney and they worked on a superyacht together docked in Sydney harbor called Tango (perfect name for a new romance).
“My friend, the Ileisha Dell, happens to not only be an amazing chef, but she happens to have a sick apartment, right in Sydney harbor, right by the beach. And right now she’s cooking up a storm. Nice enough to put me up at her place,” Chase explained in an Instagram story back from April.
Although he called her only a friend, Chase may be withholding their relationship status to be revealed on the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 reunion coming up.
Chase also helped Ileisha with food provisioning while working in Australia with her for five weeks.

“In two weeks, I move to Australia for five weeks. I’ll be visiting someone very special,” Chase said in a video on his YouTube channel Chasing Grace.

Besides Chase crashing at Chef Ileisha’s apartment in Sydney, Australia, the South Carolinian yachtie also dance to Michael Jackson in her galley, popped champagne while they were in Tango’s hot tub, spent drunken nights together, and sang her praises in Instagram stories.
Before his trip to Australia to see Dell, the two also rented a camper van and did a road trip through California, visiting Joshua Tree National Park, LA, and San Francisco in late 2022. They traveled with co-stars Alex Propson and Mads Herrera. Mads and Alex started a boatmance at the end of BDSY season 4. So perhaps the foursome were double-dating on their road trip. The photos and videos Chase posted of the trip show him and Ileisha are quite close, whether or not its only platonic.

“Look who I bumped into! Ileisha with Chase,” co-star Gary King said in a video of him meeting up with the could-be couple in California.
However, Chef Ileisha, age 34, recently did an interview with Decider where she said she wasn’t aware Chase was crushing on her hard.
“I always just thought his attention had this cute little brother vibe. Some of the other crew members were telling me, ‘Oh, he got such a big crush on you.’ And I was just like: ‘Whatever. I don’t think so. We are just good friends.’ However, I don’t really remember hugging him in the kitchen in that last batch of episodes. I was really saying, ‘Thank you for being my friend!’
Ouch. Looks like Chase, who’s 26, may have been friendzoned.

To be fair to Chase, Chef Ileisha started dating her ex boyfriend Lloyd Jones again at the start of the charter season. However, Ileisha’s recent time spent with her flirty friend Chase suggests they broke up again. Ileisha also hasn’t posted any couple photos with Lloyd in years on her Instagram. Meanwhile, rumors started that Chase and Mads were dating after the show since they’ve been hanging out together. But it looks like they’re just friends and live near each other in south Florida.

Since buying his sailboat he’s refurbishing, he’s posting daily videos on Instagram of his work. He went from about 10,000 followers to 106,000 fans in the span of a couple of weeks. He’s also built up 68,000 followers on TikTok. Looks like he’s taking a page out of Chief Engineer Colin MacRae‘s playbook, who has his YouTube channel Parlay Revival. Colin has a lot of ex girlfriends and ladies visiting him on his Catamaran.

Chase plans to learn how to sail in the Caribbean for a season before sailing across the Pacific Ocean. He plans to fund his adventures through entertaining fans and getting them to crowdfund him.
