Chef Ileisha Josephine Dell made quite the first impression on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 viewers. Despite the first group of charter guests being stuck at the dock due to superyacht Parsifal III’s engine troubles, Chef Ileisha knocked it out of the park when it came to the meals she served. She saved the BDSY crew from a disastrously low tip. She served them canapes, fresh oysters with a can sav vinaigrette, lobster and shrimp ravioli, tomato puree sauce with asparagus and shaved parmesan cheese, and beef filet with roasted garlic puree. Let’s get to know more about Below Deck Sailing Yacht‘s Chef Ileisha, the culinary master from season 4.

“I think my perfectionism definitely comes from working in the fine dining restaurants. Imagine that you spend all day making these beautiful dishes and if they’re not perfect you have to throw them out and start all over again. Doing that, day after day, year after year, it becomes your nature to want it to be perfect.”
