Below Deck Cast Members Arrested In Past (All 12) & Mug Shots

All 12 Below Deck Cast Members Arrested In Past & Mug Shots

Below Deck first aired in July of 2013, and over that time the series has had a revolving door of cast members on the show. Among all the crew hired, producers were bound to recruit a few rebellious rapscallions getting in trouble with the law. Actually, for a 10-year-old show with four spin-off shows, the number of cast members arrested in the past is actually quite low. Only twelve cast members out of well over 100 yachties hired for the show have been taken into custody. Two spinoff shows have completely clean rap sheets, which will get to at the end of the piece. Here are all the 12 Below Deck cast members arrested for legal troubles in the past and their mug shots.

“I had a fight with an ex girlfriend. I’m not engaged, I don’t have a girlfriend. I’m very much single. And yeah, it’s all being resolved right now.”

When Andy asked if the fight started after his ex saw him sharing a cabin with third stew Sam Orme on TV he said “something like that” and later, “yes”.

Adrienne says she blacked out and next thing she knew she was getting printed at a police station in Hillsborough County, Florida.

In a radio interview Adrienne said the police officer who took her drug test results said she was “lucky to be alive” from the amount of GHB someone spiked her drink with.

Out of all the Below Deck cast members arrested, Adrienne looks to be the least at fault.

Police arrested Kate at her Melbourne Beach, Florida, home back in June 2016 after her then-girlfriend alleged the reality TV star physically attacked her in a “fit of rage”. The police report stated Kate bit her girlfriend in several spots on her body, caused multiple bruising, pulled her hair, put her knee on her head and “strangled” her. Kate’s girlfriend alleged she also held her against her will at the home. But Kate claimed she was the one who was held captive for three days.

Despite the criminal charges against her, Kate starred on Below Deck‘s following seasons. The charges against Kate were dropped in late 2017.

Chef Rachel Hargrove had a few run-ins with the law before she starred on Below Deck (Bravo).

Speaking of redheads, Starcasm reported in late 2022 Below Deck star Chef Rachel Hargove has had previous legal troubles. In 2013, Rachel was arrested in Fort Lauderdale for allegedly trying to open the locked door of a K9 car to see the police dog. When a cop confronted her she was allegedly “very aggressive and belligerent”.

It also wasn’t Rachel’s first brush against the law. In 2002 at the age of 19 she was cited for providing alcohol to a minor but was later acquitted. In late 2006 Rachel was charged for DUI, property damage, and leaving an accident without giving information. She struck a plea deal in 2007 for the charge of reckless driving.

In the middle of 2022, Rachel blasted Bravo and Below Deck, announcing she was quitting the show. Chef Rachel stars in Below Deck season 10 because it was filmed prior to her falling out with the reality TV network. However, it remains unclear if the Below Deck producers gave her a bad edit on her final season due to her blasting the show.

Or, sometimes, incarcerated,” Captain Sandy said back in 2019. Captain Sandy further explained on the after show she “kept getting arrested for drinking and driving.” The Below Deck star woke up one day and decided to quit drinking completely. She’s been sober for over 30 years now.

BDSY & Below Deck Down Under Don’t Have Any Cast Members With Arrest Record

As far as we know, Below Deck Sailing Yacht and Below Deck Down Under haven’t had any crew members with past arrest history. Despite all of the arrests of Below Deck cast members, most of the charges against them seem pretty minor in comparison to some other Bravolebrities. Just look at Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Jen Shah’s conviction for her nationwide telemarketing scam. She was sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison for her crimes. No Below Deck cast members arrested led to them getting significant jailtime like that.
