In the upcoming previews for Below Deck Down Under season 2 Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph blasts new stewardess Jaimee Neale for breaking girl code by going after her boatmance-interest Culver Bradbury. Shortly after Jaimee joined the crew on superyacht Northern Sun midway through Primary Charter Guest Laura Desiree‘s trip, Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott let Jaimee know Culver was off limits because of his nascent boatmance with Tzarina. Yet, the first crew night out in Cairns, Australia, Tzarina was all over Second Officer Joao Franco, so Culver kissed Jaimee since they weren’t even official yet.
Previews for the next episode as well as BDDU season 2 spoilers answer the question if Culver and Jaimee hooked up later on that crew night out in the affirmative.
Well, fans don’t have much sympathy for Tzarina regardless of Culver’s actions because of how she acted like putty in Joao’s hands. It was so bad that Aesha asked her why she wanted to hook up with the “womanizer” who screwed over Tzarina’s best friend. The chef denied she like Joao, and claimed she was just being nice because her friend asked her to. However, Viewers and crew there saw more to it than that.

Fans Don’t Feel Sorry For Chef Tzarina After Culver Kissed Jaimee On BDDU Season 2

“Culver knows Tzarina likes him and he’s happy to flirt with her but he’s also happy to jump to whoever else is there with no regard for her feelings,” said one BDDU superfan on Reddit. “Tzarina likes Culver but hasn’t made a move on him so she doesn’t really have a right to storm off like that. Jaimee can kiss who she likes and Culver isn’t in a relationship, but she knows for a fact Tzarina has feelings and yet she still pursued Culver directly in front of her.”
However, a lot of other fans blamed Tzarina more directly for missing out on a boatmance with Culver.
“Especially for someone who claimed to like Culver. I don’t know if it was shady editing or not, but Culver seemed to notice that Tzarina’s attentions were on Joao instead,” another viewer said.
However, a lot of fans also sided with cheffy, saying Culver loves to be the center of attention and he was giving Jaimee attention as soon as she got on the boat.
Despite Culver likely hooking up with Jaimee, future episode descriptions suggest he could still have a boatmance with Tzarina, and the season is only halfway done, with another 9 episodes yet to air. Culver and Tzarina also appeared on Watch What Happens Live at the end of July, and fans found they had very strong chemistry still. There’s a small possibility Culver and Tzarina are still together after rekindling their boatmance.
Aesha’s Disappointed With Chef Tzarina’s Relentless Flirting With Joao

“You know that when you were doing a cheers… you were really all over [Joao],” Aesha told Tzarina disappointed. Sorry, but you are. And if you’re keen, that’s fine. But I’m just telling you, you’re really all over him… You were over there acting like his best friend.”
After Tzarina denied anything was there, Aesha cut to the point. “It does seem like you want his [bleep] a bit… I think there’s a difference between getting through [the charter season] and sucking his [bleep]… Ever since he’s been on board you’ve been like literally sitting next to him flirting with him and going like this [touches Tzarina a bunch].”
Tzarina claims she just wanted to get along with Joao because of her history dating one of his good mates and him previously dating her good friend.
“I’ve seen a different side of him,” Tzarina said in her defense.
“He’s extremely manipulative. He’s disrespectful and extremely judgmental,” Aesha responded. The episode then cut back to Below Deck Med season 4, when Joao told Aesha, “You’re so w**rish it’s disgusting.”
