Below Deck Down Under season 2’s Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph promises to bring back the wild and zany chef tradition lost on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 with completely chill and normal Chef Ileisha Dell. The brunette chef yachtie’s eccentric energy was clear right from the premiere episode on superyacht Northern Sun. So, let’s find out more about who is Chef Tzarina from Below Deck Down Under season 2.
“People describe me as weird. It was difficult growing up. I went to a private, Christian-German school as a bisexual Jewish woman,” Chef Tzarina explained in BDDU season 2’s first episode. She was actually a bit of a pyromaniac growing up.
“I was a little [bleep] at school. I used to set fire to everything.” Yikes! “I was fascinated by it, so I went a little bit off the rails. After School my mother was like, ‘You’ve got to do something. So I did cooking school. It was the only thing I was good at. And I was like, ‘Oh my god, I’m a chef. This is it.’ And now I’m 30 and still doing it.”
