Fans blame Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph for missing her shot with deckhand and CEO Culver Bradbury. The two were cute, holding hands and constantly flirting. Culver even introduced Tzarina to his mom “Keeem” over video call. But, sadly, Tzarina got distracted when Second Officer Joao Franco joined the crew on superyacht Northern Sun. Culver easily got roped in by gorgeous Australian yachtie Jaimee Neale who made it known she wanted him. On Below Deck Down Under season 2‘s episode 10 Culver and Jaimee kissed when at a bar in Cairns, Australia, and hooked up after a drunken crew night out. Now fans are wondering are Culver and Jaimee are still together after the charter season ended.
All the BBDU season 2 spoilers point to Culver and Jaimee’s hookup as a one-night stand leading to more. Future episodes’ descriptions note their continuing boatmance, potentially pointing to Culver and Jaimee dating. But let’s take a closer look to see if something happened past a brief boatmance after the show ended filming. And did Jaimee end up going to do a charter season with Culver on a superyacht he previously worked on?
Are Culver And Jaimee Still Together After BDDU Season 2
Jaimee was infatuated with Culver as soon as she joined the crew to replace fired second stewardess Laura Bileskalne. Jaimee told Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott and Tzarina she fancied Culver out of all the guys on the boat. Aesha let her know Tzarina and Culver had a bit of thing and that the chef had staked her claim. However, Jaimee watched Tzarina hit on Joao and decided to make her move, disregarding girl code.
Episode 15’s description reads: “A relationship onboard explores new depths while another one finally breaches the surface.” Jaimee and Culver are likely one of the two relationships onboard. It’s likely the one that “explores new depths”, but it looks like Tzarina will upend the relationship. Episode 17 suggests Tzarina may crash a date to confess to Culver her true feelings for him. “The crew erupts in an argument when a deckhand meddles in the stew’s drama. A date goes awry when Chef Tzarina reveals her true feelings.”

Then there’s the major catch that Jaimee was recently in a relationship with fellow Australian Hayden Faulkner. The two recently travelled in New Zealand, snowboarding and hiking mountains together. However, Jaimee deleted any photos with Hayden recently from her Instagram. Could they have broken up?

It looks like Jaimee may have been starstruck by seeing BDDU season 1 star Culver on TV before meeting him in real-life for season 2. Things fizzled out as the season progressed between these two.
Culver came on too strong, asking Jaimee to join him for a charter season in the Mediterranean after only knowing her for less than a week. Jaimee reluctantly agreed to go on the charter season with Culver as their relationship progressed on BDDU season 2, but Jaimee’s Instagram has no pictures of Europe since filming, so it’s unlikely she ended up going. If she did, maybe their initial spark disappeared once the cameras were gone. Culver also upset Jaimee when he didn’t see if she was okay after the traumatic experience of charter guest Josh having a seizure onboard. She ended up giving him the silent treatment for his lack of sensitivity.
To top it off, Culver asked her to be his girlfriend in the most juvenile way. Jaimee was unimpressed by Culver’s immaturity for a 30 year old, and how he still lives with his mom. He also lost points when he avoided footing the bill for the crew that was his turn to pay. Previews for an upcoming episode suggested Jaimee abandoned their boatmance ship to pursue something with new deckhand Luka Brunton.
In the season finale, Jaimee briefly kissed Luka at the club Gilligan’s. She fessed up the next day to Culver, who was very upset at first. In the end, after talking to his mom Chef Kim, he still wanted to pursue a relationship with Jaimee outside the boat. But Jaimee told producers she wasn’t really into Culver, but felt bad so she was going to stay with him a bit after the show ended. There doesn’t appear to be a BDDU season 2 reunion, so we’ll have to wait and see if Jaimee and Culver speak out on how their relationship ended. It appears Jaimee and Culver traveled part of Australia together right after filming, but it looks like the relationship didn’t last long after that.

But judging by Culver and Tzarina’s chemistry on Watch What Happens Live back at the end of July, there’s a stronger likelihood those two yachties are dating after the show than Culver and Jaimee. BDDU fans are still shipping Culver and Tzarina as a good couple to make it out in the real world. Unfortunately long-distance and the fact Tzarina hails from the UK and Culver is from America makes it doubtful.
