Where Love Is Blind Season 4 Apartments Are In Seattle

At the beginning of Love Is Blind season 4‘s episode six, married co-hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey welcomed viewers to Emerald City, more commonly known as Seattle, Washington. The Love Is Blind season 4 cast returned home from their romantic trip at a five-star resort in Mexico. Marshall Glaze early on says, “We’re back in the real world, work routine, friends. family, phones, social media, it’s a lot.” However, the swanky new townhouses apartments they live in together seems more like a staycation home than the real world to a lot of fans. Here’s what we know about where the Love Is Blind season 4 apartments that the couples lived in are located in Seattle.

Unlike Love Is Blind season 3‘s condo apartments in the Jewel On Landmark in Dallas, Texas, the townhouses in season 4 don’t have any telling features giving their location away. Even The Seattle Times doesn’t know the location, but crowdsourcing knowledge from Seattleites who watch the show narrowed it down to the correct location in Seattle.

Seattle residents on Reddit who are fans of Love Is Blind spent time locating where the swanky new townhouse apartments sit in Seattle from season 4. They were narrowing it down to a few streets in the Capitol Hill area.

When filming Love Is Blind season 4, near the end before the weddings, Capital Hill Seattle Blog reported the couples were filming in Capitol Hill, where the Grunge scene started in the 1990s and well-known for live music, cafes, bars, parks and a vibrant LGBTQ+ community. They even included a photo of couple Micah Lussier and Paul Peden walking in the neighborhood (both were working from home at their shared apartment while living together). Zack Goytowski and his potential second fiancée Bliss Poureetezadi also had a dinner date at a pub called Smith, which is located in that part of Seattle. Most of the restaurants and bars featured on Love Is Blind season 4 are located in Capitol Hill.

However, some Seattleite sleuths on Reddit think they narrowed the new townhouse complex where the couples lived to a street in Ballard, Seattle, just northwest of Capitol Hill. Ballard is a very old historical part of Seattle with a port and lots of local bars and venues, too. Another Seattleite thinks they’re located in Sunset Hill, a neighborhood in Ballard that has stunning views of the harbor.

However, a super sleuth (Reddit user u/dgfranklin) pinpointed it with his wife, even finding the listing on Zillow (which also includes many stunning pictures of the townhouses). The address is 209 26th Ave E, which is located in the gentrified Madison Valley, a neighborhood adjacent and just east of Capitol Hill. Madison Valley is located just west of Washington Park and south of Montlake. The estimated rent for a unit is $4,194 on Zillow, and estimated sale value is over $937,000!

“Definitely the east side of Capitol Hill. Walking distance to Smith and close to Rein Haus [tavern]. You can tell when they do the drone shot up from the townhouses and the needle is “across” the lake over the Eastlake corridor. it’s such a cute area of the city!” said another Seattleite on Reddit.

Fans are certainly impressed with how nice the architecture is and how they have flights of stairs for their three-story, spacious temporary home.
