Big Brother 25 star America Lopez had some fans suspecting she was using a pseudonym on the show because no one could find the 27-year-old’s social media accounts. Well, it turns out America, wisely, deactivated her Instagram and locked her Twitter/X account before going into the Big Brother house. Fans thought it was highly bizarre that the beautiful brunette didn’t have any social media, but it turned out she was just hiding it. With America’s Instagram reactivated, the former Big Brother 25 juror made her relationship with Cory Wurtenberger Instagram official.
That said, it was pretty obvious the two love birds were going to have a full-fledged boyfriend-girlfriend relationship after the show ended. Only a couple weeks into the game, the two became very close, cuddling and eventually kissing often. However, they left their affection there, unlike the raunchy romance of Blue Kim and Jared Fields. They would have nerdy conversations on a range of topics. And Cory was impressed that America graduated from Brown.

By the end of their time in the Big Brother house together, they were already discussing having a relationship outside the house. They then continued their relationship in the jury house, dressing up in a couple’s Halloween costume of her being a robber and him a baby (cradle robber) since Cory is several years younger than America.

America’s Instagram revealed she was a former cheer leader and that she’s a fan of Dua Lipa, Sal Vulcano, and Josh Duhamel. She also joked about fans saying Cory failed the “green line test” because on his own Instagram post of the two he was leaning into her. According to the Internet theory, when men lean into their girlfriends in photos it shows they’re insecure and find themselves of lower value than their partners. The silly notion has been debunked by body language experts, but that’s never stopped the mob from believing something.
America, finding the whole thing funny, posted a picture of her exaggeratedly leaning in to kiss Cory along with the caption: “Making sure we pass the green line test after ppl roasted us for that mall pic.”

America’s Instagram also reveals she celebrates her birthday on or around Dec. 8, which makes her zodiac sign Sagittarius. Her astrological sign explains her honest (sometimes tactless) and advneturous (sometimes rebelious in wanting to make big moves in the game) nature fans saw on the show. Fans also learned America graduated in 2019 and loves to travel, including to places like Spain.
