Seong Chi-hyun’s Instagram shows he has been dating his girlfriend for over two years and things are quite serious between the couple. He recently spoiled his girlfriend Lily by buying her a Gucci purse. He was also very grateful when she took care of him in the accident after he broke his leg and was bed ridden. Seong Chi-hyun also had to undergo physiotherapy and recovery workouts to eventually get out of wheelchair.
