Zanc’s Instagram for her photography work shows her working with influencers like Bella Rome and musicians like QuavoHuncho. Zanc’s incredible talent as photographer helps her get gigs around the world shooting beautiful models and attending fashion shoots.
Kristin Zancanelli grew up in California with her brother, sister, mom and dad. Her mom, Julie Zancanelli, is a successful jeweler. Lexi’s dad is also a jeweler, so it’s likely the longtime besties knew each other from their parents’ working in the industry.
Sadly, Zanc’s dad Gary tragically died in early 2022.

Lexi’s new girlfriend Zanc also has several prominent tattoos, including some crosses on her one arm, some written words on the one side of her hip, and a snake and flowers on her one arm. Lexi claims she officially started dating Zanc in the middle of April, but the photoshoot in January around the time of The Ultimatum: Queer Love‘s reunion has some fans suspecting they started dating before. Lexi denies cheating, and to the contrary, apparently claimed she was cheated on by ex-girlfriend Rae Cheung-Sutton after the reunion. Fans will recall Lexi bashed Rae on the show for supposedly cheating on her with Vanessa Papa, despite them being broken up for the experiment. The two then got engaged, and stayed together another year, before breaking up shortly after the reunion.

Lexi and Zanc are moving along quickly in their very serious relationship. They now live together and are very affectionate with one another. They even shot an intimate photoshoot together once the reunion episode dropped last week on Netflix.

I’ve never felt comfortable in front of the camera let alone joyous in front of one.
