Find out about charter guests Jake Clopton, Josh, Crystal McCahill, Claire Carmona, Olivia, Albron Hana, and Angel from Below Deck season 10 (Bravo).
Below Deck season 10 Primary Charter Guest Jake Clopton and his friends, colleagues and family are chartering superyacht St. David in episodes 14 and 15. Jake, a commercial real estate financier and president of a national brokerage firm based in Chicago, had very strict demands for the yacht crew.
He expected a Caribbean steel drummer to play at his group’s first meal abord the motor yacht in Saint Lucia. For Chef Rachel Hargrove, Jake demanded no sandwiches and steak be served to his group of guests, and listed gourmet seafood extravaganza he expected. Jake Clopton and his group also expect a booze beach picnic with “high-energy games” organized by the crew. They also expect a “night club” atmosphere aboard the superyacht with drinks flowing and music blasting. Jake, brother-in-law Joshua McCahill, Josh’s girlfriend Olivia, sister-in-law Crystal McCahill, Claire Carmona, Albron Hana, and Angel may end up being worse than the rude Indian-American charter guests or diva beauty queen Laquisha.
The interior crew led by Chief Steward Fraser Olender has his work cut out for him making the yacht feel like a nightclub while the charter guests dance and drink throughout the night. Thankfully he now has an experienced yacht chief stew Leigh-Ann Smith replacing fired insubordinate nightmare Alissa Humber to help make tropical cocktails.
Here’s everything Below Deck season 10 fans need to know about Jake Clopton and his group of charter guests.
Below Deck Season 10 Primary Charter Guest Jake Clopton Owns Commercial Real Estate Company Clopton Capital

Below Deck season 10 Primary Charter Guest Jake Clopton (Bravo).
Although Jake and his “frat boy” buddies party hard, he also works extremely hard and runs a successful commercial real estate brokerage named Clopton Capital. Jake’s LinkedIn also says he’s the owner of CommercialMortgageRefinances.com, although the site appears inactive. On the All In podcast, Jake grew up and attended college in New York before moving to work and live in Argentina. From there he eventually moved to Chicago and founded his commercial real estate company in 2008. His business clients include family offices, real estate companies, and private investors.
Jake has three children who keep him motivated to get up early every morning, eat right and workout daily. “The drive was always to be an entrepreneur and doing my own thing and not working for somebody else. There’s always a growth aspect. It’s like lifting weights. You’re always trying to get to the next level,” Jake said in an interview.
Jake’s Instagram doesn’t have many posts, and mostly includes his weights and inspirational quotes.
Meet Charter Guests Josh, Olivia, Crystal, Claire Albron & Angel From Below Deck Season 10
Joining Jake are his friends, associates and family.
Joshua McCahill and his girlfriend Olivia are part of this rowdy group of charter guests.
Josh’s sister Crystal McCahill, age 39, is a model and former Playboy centerfold. Crystal’s Instagram shows off her modeling work and her love of travel. Crystal’s Twitter profile says she’s a “DIY enthusiast” and “lover of dad jokes”. She’s no stranger to reality TV, appearing on several episodes of The Girls Next Door. Josh and Crystal are very close to Jake’s wife and consider her family. So Jake calls them his brother-in-law and sister-and-law respectively. This confused Below Deck fans, especially since Fraser suggested and started a rumor Jake and Crystal were “shagging”.

Jake’s friend Albron Hana and his partner Claire Carmona also chartered the superyacht on Below Deck season 10. Married couple Albron and Claire run a DJ night club business called ArteK. Claire also works as a realtor at The Luxe Collective.

We don’t know much about charter guest Angel yet, however after Below Deck season 10’s episodes 14 and 15 air on Bravo we may learn more.
Hopefully Jake Clopton and his group of charter guests’ tip money for the crew is better than the previous group.
