Despite being down a deckhand because one of the hired crew couldn’t get a visa, Luke’s leadership impressed Captain Jason Chambers and his deckhands Harry van Vliet and Adam Kodra. Bravo reality TV star Luke hails from Gold Coast, Australia. However, he’s now a world traveler who’s explored all over the world. From trekking the hills of Morocco, to swimming in the glacier waters in Iceland, Luke is constantly on the move. He’s toured Amsterdam, Netherlands, Croatia, Rome, Italy, Antibes, France, Barcelona, Spain, Bali, Indonesia, Phuket, Thailand, Ios, Greece, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Germany, and many other locations.
He currently resides in Dubai, UAE, while his wanderlust is satiated. Luke co-owns a sports gym called Madness X Go, a luxury gym with a built-in fighting cage. He’s also the co-founder of a Wave Shark Dubai, selling Waveshark E-foils and giving personal training. Before launching his businesses, Luke worked in the yachting industry for seven years. He worked as a yachtie in Seychelles, a group of islands off the coast of east Africa, “heaven on earth”, for four years.
Luke loves living on the edge. He loves snowboarding, skateboarding, dirt biking, solo skydiving, and riding hydrofoils.

He also loves to party, including attending AfrikaBurn.
Luke celebrates his birthday on June 19, and is a Gemini, which explains him juggling many interests and jobs. As of now, Luke’s age isn’t public. Luke has several tattoos including a skull and crossbones on his left chest.
“I don’t miss home anymore because I’ve been away so long and have had so many other homes. I honestly feel like the world is my home. Family is key and I’m lucky enough that they love to travel like me,” Luke said to Bravo.

Although Luke was single on the show and previews show him making moves with the interior crew, it appears he may be dating someone new. Fitness and yoga instructor Diana Maldonado recently posted a video of the two doing a partner workout. Luke also posted a video of him and Diana enjoying the 2023 summer in the Middle East.

Luke also seems to be close with Colombian beauty Sophi Alejandra Quiroga. We’ll have to wait and see if Luke is still playing the field or in a committed relationship since starring on BDDU season 2 in Cairns, Australia.
