Netflix’s The Trust A Game of Greed‘s first four episodes have piqued the interest of reality TV competition show fans. A mix of The Mole‘s subterfuge and Squid Game The Challenge‘s ruthless side, The Trust pits eleven cast members against one another as they live and undergo tests while living in a villa in the Dominican Republic. Episode 1’s “House of Lies” started off with everyone getting along, but people soon turned on one another, including real estate agent Bryce Lee when his fellow competitors suspected he was a millionaire. So, who’s Bryce from The Trust?
Right from the get-go, Bryce stood out for his impeccable taste and knowledge of housing decor and building materials.
“Have you toured the house yet? This is literally so gorgeous… It’s insane. Like, this travertine on the floor and on the walls, I can not,” a precocious Bryce said upon entering the luxurious villa. During the first test, his fellow competitors suspected his secret was the one where someone became a millionaire by age 21. Bryce vehemently denied it, but in a confessional interview clip he admitted and also added that his watch he was wearing, a gift from his aunt, was worth around $200,000, nearly as much as the $250,000 prize pool everyone was competing for.
Bryce’s experience in the real estate industry started at a very young age job shadowing his mom, Kimber Lee, a top-producing broker. They’re top agents in the wealthy Lake Tapps area (where Bryce also grew up) outside of Seattle, Washington. Bryce founded his comapny Olive Branch: The Home Staging & Design Company back in 2016, alongside his mom. He’s the winner of the 2022 Real Trends ‘The Thousand’ and ‘America’s Best’ list for top real estate teams in Washington for home sales.
Who’s Bryce From The Trust: Girlfriend, Instagram, Real Estate Agent Job, Net Worth, Age, Mom, Education
Although Bryce’s net worth is private, his becoming a millionaire at age 21 suggests he isn’t to far above being worth a million dollars. However, The Trust filmed in March 2023, so he likely sold and made some big bucks in the last year since the show. And we still don’t know if Bryce was one of the competitors to win the prize pool.
Before working as a real estate agent and broker, Bryce attended the prestigious schools of Brown University and Oxford University. Bryce also studied Performance, Design, Marketing, and Sales at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
The Trust wasn’t Bryce’s first foray on TV. He previously accompanied his mom went on Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel to discuss real estate. Around the same time, Bryce and his family also appeared on Family Feud, alongside his famous Emmy-award-winning aunt and home expert Sandra Lee.
Bryce’s Instagram shows he’s happily been in a relationship for nearly six years now to his high school sweet heart Kayla Bent. The two went to prom together and appear to be very close. Kayla is a preschool teacher and loves to explore the outdoors.
Besides work and spending time with his girlfriend, Bryce also enjoys traveling the world. He’s visited the Coliseum in Rome, and famous Greek temples. Bryce was only 22 years-old on the show, but he celebrated his 23rd birthday on August 25, 2023, which makes him a logical and kind Virgo.
