Netflix’s latest reality TV competition show The Trust: A Game Of Greed is heating up after the first four episodes dropped on Netflix on Wednesday, January 10. Episode 1’s “House Of Lies” introduced us to eleven cast members and the setting of a stunning villa house with an infinity pool next to Cliff’s Edge where host Brooke Baldwin hosted voting ceremonies. The stunning decor and design of the villa home on The Trust wowed even cast member and millionaire real estate agent Bryce Lee. “Have you toured the house yet? This is literally so gorgeous… It’s insane. Like, this travertine on the floor and on the walls, I can not,” said an astute 22-year-old Bryce.
The end credits of the first episode confirmed the filming location was the Dominican Republic a country in the West Indies in the Caribbean and makes up two-thirds of the island of Hispaniola. The other third of the island makes up the country of Haiti.

Former CNN personality and award-winning journalist Brooke Baldwin posted photos at the filming location on March 23, 2023, announcing the wrapping up of filming after three weeks.
The villa mansion is called Casa Kimball, and was first located by an fan of the show and shared on Reddit. The Trust cast and crew stayed there from the start of March until the 23rd.
Casa Kimball website boasts the house has a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and a giant infinity pool. Vidoes of the property show off the stunning and spacious eight bedrooms that can fit 18 guests. The villa offers “56ft/47mt long swimming pool with seating platforms and volleyball, a personal chef preparing outstanding meals everyday, English speaking guest services, fully stocked bar with bartender, a full time tri-lingual concierge to plan all your activities.”
For entertainment, Netflix’s The Trust location includes: “billiards, large HDTV with Karaoke, indoor/outdoor amplified sound, wireless fiber optic Internet throughout the entire villa and Bluetooth speakers in every room, table tennis, and a unique oceanfront, cliff edge hot tub.” The three-acre property is part of a gate community located near Playa Grande on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The property also has beautiful landscaping, including almond trees, coco palms as well as flowering plants.

The Casa Kimball isn’t cheap to rent. It costs a whopping $6,000 per night to stay there. For the three weeks they filmed the show, that would mean it would cost approximately $126,000 for 21 nights, however we don’t know what deal was struck to shoot the show there. Even for the cast members who didn’t end up sharing in the $250,000 prize money, they still got a pretty sweet free vacation.
