Christine Obanor and her pick-me energy and disrespect towards the other women have not endeared her to fans. Apparently in order to be liked on a show where you compete with other women, you can’t be too aggressive. There are no fan favorites on Too Hot To Handle season 5, but singling out Christine for wanting validation is a little silly. I mean, have you seen this cast? Ditching f-boy Louis Russell for Trey Rogers was also an upward move no matter how you slice it. Especially after Christine had been disrespected by Louis, who couldn’t be up front with her. Then we have the other men, who seem as if not more full of themselves than Christine. Alex Snell, the “English gentleman” who’s cheesy like an English McMuffin comes to mind. Anyway, enough complaining about the outstandingly mid cast, it’s time for a detail dump on Too Hot To Handle season 5‘s Christine.
Too Hot To Handle’s Christine: Standing Tall

6’1″ tall Christine is a Texas native who is more than the bottle girl that she describes herself as. According to Christine’s LinkedIn she graduated from the University of North Texas and has worked as a fashion stylist and for Beautifaux Nails. She’s got some business acumen as she actually minored in Business Administration. She does plenty of modelling, though she’s not signed (yet). She’s not shy about sharing beauty tips and style advice on her socials, and demonstrates creativity as well.
American Christine has also shown she’s business savvy, getting influencer endorsement deals with beauty products even before her debut on THTH season 5 began airing. She also started an Amazon storefront promoting beauty and content creator products.
According to Christine’s IG, where she has 166,000 followers as of writing and quickly growing, she is of Nigerian (dad’s side) and Dutch ethnicity (mom’s side). We also know 26- year-old Christine’s birthday, April 20, from an IG post. This means she is a headstrong and determined Taurus. Christine does love her shoes and often features her Kick of the Day on Instagram. She also is a bit of a foodie, sharing the meals she enjoys. Christine’s TikTok is fun with lots of GRWM (get ready with me) videos, but only 4,000 followers so far. She also shows off some pretty cool hairstyles with her amazing and voluminous hair.
Since the show aired, Christine ranks near the top of THTH season 5 castmates with the most Instagram followers.

Too Hot To Handle’s Christine: The Tea on Trey

Most couples don’t comment on “Are X and Y together?” speculation, since that’s all it is. However, Trey’s Instagram shows him reacting to an article by @-ing the outlet with “nosey nosey”. Christine comments as well, saying “the weather in LA was nice today” with an upside down smiley and an emoji of some tea. So, while this is an obvious bid for attention (not that there’s a problem with that) it’s clear that these two are still on good terms. Christine’s place of business, Stitch Fix, is in San Fran, which is 6 hours away from LA.
Maybe these two had a get together, together, with Trey visiting? We do know from his short time on the show thus far that Trey is a big fan of bounce, something Christine has a lot of. Although we don’t know if these two finished the show as a thing, there’s always that one couple to watch on Too Hot To Handle. For now, let’s not count Christine out, which is something no one should do as she’s shown us so far.
