“He’s the most winning bodybuilder in the history of bodybuilding,” Jolynn explains in the finale of Below Deck season 10 to Chief Stew Fraser Olender about Dexter.
The Blade’s won so many bodybuilder competitions it’s hard to keep track. He’s competed in the most Olympia competitions out of any competitor and won three Olympia titles. He’s won 29 bodybuilding titles, and is the oldest competitor, at almost 50 years-old, to win a professional bodybuilding competition. Dexter is one of only four competitors to win both Olympia and the Arnold Classic, winning the latter competition a record five times!
As Tony pointed out, Dexter, weighing around 230 lbs when not competing, made incredible sacrifices to build one of the most impressive physiques ever built by a man. Dexter’s Instagram shows he hits the gym religiously, almost every day. The 5 ft 6 in 53-year-old also likes to spend time with his family and friends when not lifting weights. The former International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness(IFBB) bodybuilder also has his own business ventures, creating his own Dexter Jackson Signature Series supplements and his own bodybuilding competition, The Dexter Classic.

Dexter’s wife Gale Elie is a wellness blogger and COO of Dexter’s company Built By Blade Inc, per her LinkedIn. The couple live in Jacksonville, Florida, and are living the retired life.
Gale explains the complications she had with her breast implants (Instagram).
Gale also advocates for raising awareness for breast implant illness, after she suddenly had severe side effects from getting the plastic surgery procedure years prior. She ended up getting explant surgery and now educates women on the risks.
