Ben then asked Camille if she was excited for the Dominican Republic trip they had planned. She responded by saying she can’t wait to see him and lay on a beach.

Ben claimed he was completely smitten with Camille throughout the season, even after she was fired. However, when Alissa’s replacement stew Leigh-Ann Smith joins the crew he gets sidetracked. Ben previously had a thing with Leigh-Ann online after matching on Tinder. Ben Teases More Happens With Camille & His Relationship on Below Deck
“We had this amazing spark between us. It’s like one of those romance movies where — it’s not real but it’s so awesome to be in that moment with her. And we genuinely had each other on this boat because she went through a really hard time,” Ben explained on the Above Deck podcast. “I don’t want to give away too much with that. There’s a lot more to come. There’s a few more twists in this story ahead.”
Several times on the show Ben mentioned he was falling for Camille. Unfortunately for bunkmate and deckhand Tony Duarte, he had to hear them expressing that love (lust).
Australian Ben also hung out in Fort Lauderdale shortly after finishing Below Deck, where native-Mississippian Camille currently resides.
“She’s got me hook, line and sinker baby,” he said on Below Deck season 10.
Before getting into yachting in 2020, Ben applied for Below Deck. So he may be playing his showmance up for the cameras. He also mentioned on his podcast appearance meeting BDSY season 3’s stew Scarlett Bentley and crushing on her.
Ben almost certainly reprises his role as a leader on the deck team for Below Deck season 11.
Meanwhile, aspiring songstress and former American Idol contestant Camille recently released her new single, “Cool Like Me”.
