Brett Brown and Tiffany Pennywell continue to cruise through Love Is Blind Season 4 on cloud nine. Something does happen to trip them up before the wedding per the preview, and Tiffany is feeling the emotional weight of a rushed wedding. However, Brett’s thoughtful photography exhibit surprise and fun seaplane date were the perfect remedies. Everyone, from the other couples to Brett and Tiffany’s friends and family, are blown away by their chemistry. Brett’s aware of this status and on Brett’s IG the first photo you see is him with Love Is Blind Season 1 alpha male Cameron Hamilton. Brett’s core friend group, who met Tiffany at the beginning of episode 7, quickly became fans of the couple. Meet Brett’s Friends From Love Is Blind — Lakayana and Aaron
Aaron Robinson (incorrectly subtitled as Ralen on the show) is a fellow designer to Brett and budding creative. It’s hard to pin Aaron down as he is involved with everything from meditation to podcasting to video production. Born in San Diego, the Portland native is all about inspiring people and creating spaces for them to express themselves. Aaron’s part of many artist collectives including Flower Factory, which advertises itself as “workers united for the creative revolution. Additionally, Aaron recently turned 34 this past February and celebrated with friends and delicious seafood at Bag O’Crab restaurant. Furthermore, snippets of Aaron’s podcast, Opening Presence, can be heard all over Aaron’s IG.
Activist Lakayana Drury is another multidisciplinary soul focused primarily on education. Most of his time is spent with his 5013c, Word Is Bond, which seeks to uplift and train young Black men. Lakayana is also engaged in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work and his personal hero is Malcolm X, as he frequently features his autobiography on Lakayana’s IG. We can also see that Lakayana has been honored with awards for his activism. These include the Executive Director of the Year and Community Leader of the Year.
Love Is Blind: Meet Brett’s Friends: Wilson and Ralen
Marketer Wilson Nitunga is the most buttoned down of Brett’s bros. According to Wilson’s LinkedIn he has an MBA and a ridiculous breadth of expertise from real estate to crypto and tech. However his main interest is training companies for the workforce of the future and helping marginalized students succeed. He also does training at the corporate level and DEI work. Most of what he offers can be found on his website, Wilson Inspiration. Wilson’s IG is pretty sparse but we can see that he collaborates frequently with Lakayana.
Ralen Jones doesn’t appear to have an IG, but according to his apparent LinkedIn he founded and directs PDX Black Excellence. A business manager with expertise in international markets, he works to build up Black-owned businesses in Portland. Born in San Francisco, Ralen loves to travel and his bio states that he has been to 23 countries.
It looks like Tiffany will fit in very well with Brett’s group of successful and community-conscious friends.
