The first Below Deck Down Under season 2 group of charter guests did not disappoint in the trashy, obnoxious, wasted department fans expect to see on Bravo’s hit spinoff yachting show. Off the coast of Cairns, Australia, Primary Charter Guest Carmen Felder and her friends got extremely intoxicated pretty much as soon as they got on superyacht Northern Sun. Her good friends Brandon McLaughlin and Kristyl Nelson stayed up until 2 AM partying and decided to break Second Stewardess Laura Bileskalne clear instructions not to go swimming off the boat. Here’s more on the rule-breaker BDDU season 2 charter guests Brandon and Kristyl.

Fellow charter guests Brad Driver, Rhoda Rahn, Ashleigh Demi and others accompanied the trip. But Brandon and Kristyl stole the show swimming with sharks and jellyfish late at night in Australia. They could’ve ended the charter early, too, by disrespecting Captain Jason Chambers.

Unruly and wasted charter guests Kristyl and Brandon night swimming in Australian waters with sharks and deadly jellyfish on Below Deck Down Under season 2 (Bravo).
Entrepreneur Kristyl Nelson is an entrepreneur who founded business Kristyl Clear Clarity, which helps women with personal finance. Kristyl’s Instagram shows she’s also the co-founder of a resort in Jamaica.
Although Kristyl requested a mocktail, that went right out the window upon boarding the superyacht. “I was on a spiritual journey. But I would like extra alcohol in that. I do drink.” She then demanded alcohol right away and clapped for her drink, “quick please.”
The group started bickering right at the start about the sleeping arrangement for the master’s cabin.
Kristyl then called the primary petty for pointing out she had food on the side of her face.
“The only person I trust is my cheating ass husband,” Kristyl said in the midst of the argument. “No, they acting like I’m crazy.”
Things cooled off and some charter guests did the sea walker helmet dive on Green Island.
Kristyl passed out before the seafood extravaganza dinner, missing out on a feast of crab, lobster and fish prepared by Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph.
Kristyl’s partner in crime on the show, Brandon McLaughlin, is a licensed realtor in Washington D.C. and Virginia working at Pearson Smith Realty. Brandon’s Instagram reveals he’s friends with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey and loves to party.
Did Charter Guests Brandon & Kristyl Get Kicked Off Below Deck Down Under Season 2

Brandon kept bothering Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott and Laura for more champagne late at night. He promised to be out of their hair, but then came up again for another cocktail. He also wandered around looking for his cigarettes and convinced Kristyl to jump in the water with him, after being told not to.
“Bloop, bloop [bleep],” Kristyl flippantly responded to stew Laura telling them she was going to report them.
Once Captain Jason arrived, a topless Kristyl said, “Let me put my [bleeps] away.”
When Captain Jason reprimanded them she said, “On my vacation, I’m the captain of the ship.” She added, “I’m highly upset.”
The disobedience and disregard of his orders led Captain Jason to say they would be heading back to the marina in the morning, cutting the charter a day short. However, Brandon’s pictures on Instagram make it clear they didn’t get kicked off the boat. They went ahead with a Moulin Rouge-themed dinner party on the second night.
Kristyl and guest Ashleigh also spoke about the fight aboard and how Aesha was “high maintenance” to Show Star News.
