The Millionaire Matchmaker season 4 started off tough for Patti Stanger when her first two clients in NYC were extremely tough to help. Between Derek Tobacco being all about looks to millionaire heiress Bryce Gruber being extremely picky, too, wanting a taller, Jewish George Clooney, Patti had her work cut out for her. Well, unsurprisingly, Patti’s best attempts at finding them love didn’t work out. But fans couldn’t believe how rude and disinterested Bryce was with the men at the mixer. With Netflix re-airing The Millionaire Matchmaker season 4 at the start of 2024, viewers are wondering what happened to Bryce Gruber since the show aired in 2010?
While on the show, Bryce shared she had a baby with a man 25 years older than her. Bryce also shared she was 26, so her baby’s daddy was over fifty. Viewers also learned Bryce comes from a wealthy Jewish family which owns the Dannon yogurt and food empire. However, a source claimed to New York Daily News she wasn’t actually related to the Carasso family who own Dannon. In 2015, Bryce was hit with a lawsuit from the father of her first child asking for $2 million after custody disputes. Her ex, real estate broker Randy Kohana, accused her behavior as “psychopathic” and “erratic”. But a friend of Bryce maintains it was a reverse situation, per Radar Online.
What Happened To Bryce Gruber After Millionaire Matchmaker
Bryce now lives in a big three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan with her Israeli husband Yossef Hermon and their five kids. Yossef is 13 years older than Bryce and they married in 2012. They’ve since had four children together and also have a home in Catskills region of New York. She’s also appeared to drop some of her stuck up attitude, embracing owning a van to fit her big family of five kids.
We got the call tonight, at 2 am New York time, that every reserve is being called to return to duty.
And all the flights are canceled.
I am terrified for my family. #IsraelUnderAttack

Bryce’s Instagram shows she loves family life and raising her five kids alongside her hubby Yossef. She also still likes to globetrot whenever possible, but generally stays in NYC with the family now. Bryce also likes to observe all of the Jewish holidays. She also has been vocal about the rise in antisemitism and bias in media since the October 7 massacre in Israel by Hamas.
Bryce’s website business Luxury Spot appears to have shut down at the end of 2019. Since then she worked for a women’s bridal and lifestyle publication but was “kicked to the curb” after they found out she was pregnant and likely to go on maternity leave. However, Bryce bounced back and now works as the commerce director at publications Today’s Parent, FASHION, Hello!, Chatelaine and Toronto Life. On top of that, Bryce writes two newsletter on Substack called Bryce Gurber’s Sharing Opps and Extra Good.
Bryce, now 39, still loves to fly on a private jet and wear designer clothes. However, it looks like over the past thirteen years she’s learned to appreciate family and the simpler, more important things in life, too.
