Love Is Blind season 4 promises to have sparks fly, as well as full on relationship bonfires. Love is Blind‘s Ryland Longoni looks like he could be season 2’s Shayne Jansen‘s little brother. Both have real estate jobs — basically the commonest reality TV star’s day job — and have chiseled jaw and frat boy energy. Ryland is a go-getter hustler who works as a marketing rep for a commercial real estate insurance company, per his Linkedin. However, he also has a job as a real estate investor, too. Ryland apparently loves to work hard, and party harder. He recently bought his third investment real estate property and is apparently independently rich. He owns a boat, new truck and hot rod car, too.
It appears he was part of a fraternity while in school at Edmonds College, studying Business Administration. He also played college baseball on the Tritons. Ryland’s Instagram reveals the jock also loved playing football and is an avid fisherman.

Ryland, age 29, celebrates his birthday on or near May 18th, which makes him a stubborn but loyal Taurus. That also might explain why he self-describes as “very picky” in his dating life, according to Netflix’s Tudum. He says he doesn’t like the casualness of dating nowadays where he lives in Seattle and wants a “teammate” in a partner who will cook him up “good food and lovin'”. Part of his pickiness appears to be a thing for blondes.

Ryland’s Instagram also includes many old pictures with what looks like his ex girlfriend, a beautiful blonde named Kendall. That or they are just very close friends who are very close with one another. If she’s his ex, fans will be wondering why he has so many old pictures up on his IG still with her.

Ryland definitely has a zest for life. Besides partying hard with his buddies, he also serial buys trucks and jeeps he loves to fix up and ride. He most recently bought his 15th truck, a Duramax Diesel.
He has other nice sets of wheels, however, including a nice hot rod that won second in a car show. On weekends, Ryland loves to hitch his boat to the back of his truck and fine some open water to cruise and party on.
Ryland, based in Seattle, is a big fan of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. He also enjoys going out and playing a round of golf with his friends.
